Swimming!!

Celeste has a pool! I dont know how we would have surived with out it, our poor Idaho bodies were melting!!
I had worked a little bit with Hunter without floaties to kick and use his arms. But Hunter has no fear and i just kept the floaties on him. One day I was upstairs and my mom came and got me saying Hunter had been in the pool. Somehow he got outside and fell in!!!!! It is a miracle he made it out. I asked him how he got out and he said "the ghost!" and that he kicked and kicked and climbed out. I really hung on to him that day, so grateful that I was still able to as he very well could have died. We were all door natzi's after that. The door was always locked and someone was always by it! Hunter did want to still go swimming and he did, as well as everyone else.
Here is the cousin count. 12 cousins there with 15 missing from this time around. it was SO MUCH FUN!!

CaLiFoRniA!!!

The kiddos and I drove out with my parents to spend time with the California clan and I watched my sister's kiddos while she was at girl's camp.
This is where I grew up and have great memories from there. But when I go back now, that's all I have. Memories. Nothing is the same. It's kind of weird. 10 years ago is when we moved from there. And so much happened after moving. And it's even harder to grasp around the concept that I am 10 years older!! And babies that i knew are all old, which means I am old!! Time is just crazy!! Some times I still really feel like I am 17 still and this was a wake up call. Time keeps going and there are always changes.
We made it home safe and sound. The kiddos had fevers while we were traveling and are still recovering. The sink was plugged and we had sewer water in the sink when we got home. Today I am waiting for the plumber and blogging while I wait.
We had a great time and it is always fun to be with family!!

A FUN DAY!

This morning we went to a cousins sealing in the Idaho falls temple. Such a good reminder of the promises we make to our spouse and the blessing it is to truly be sealed to eachother. Our love does not end with death. We will all live again and have our loved ones with us forever, so long as we live here on earth, keeping the commandments and living worthily to return to live in the presence of God and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Then we came home and it was HOT!!! We do not have AC. That might answer a previous comment asking why my kiddos are always in their chonies! So we went as a family to the spray park!! My kiddos LOVE the water!

Our park has a carosel too. And Hunter got to ride the horses.

Then we came home and took great naps!! There was also a LONG thunder/rain storm. It was great.

Then we went to the wedding reception. It was the most beautiful landscaped home!

I love this picture of the cousins!

Then on the drive home we stopped by the Rexburg temple and I took some pictures. GORGEOuS!

And we finally made it home. I went to the grocery store while Brad had the kiddos. One of the things about a majority mormon community is EVERYONE was at the store getting stuff for sunday dinner. The store was a madhouse! I finally made it home and my benadryl has kicked in but I am waiting until Brad leaves for work. Poor man has a graveyard shift tonight and didnt take a nap at all today. I tried to get him too but he just wasnt tired. He sure will be tomorrow!!

Tomorrow is church, hurray! And then we have friends coming over for a BBQ!!

Wal-Mart beauties!!

Brings tears to my eyes everytime.

This and That

So my parents came up from Utah on friday afternoon while I was with my mother in law and sister in law watching ECLIPSE!!!! It was a good time together and a tradition for us to see the last two twilight movies together.

Saturday Bradley had to work and I went with my parents to Driggs and they signed their lease!! They move in september and will oficially be IDAHOANS!!!! I am still in shock. Saturday evening we went to Idaho Falls for the fireworks. We had to leave 10 minutes into the fireworks to make it back home in time for Brad to work at midnight.

Sunday my parents went to church in Driggs, well actually Tetonia, to get the feel of their new ward. They really liked it. Brad came home and 8 am and slept for a few hours and then we got to go to church together because he wasnt working!!!!! YAY!!! WHen we got home we had bbqed ribs, corn on the cob, fruit salad and yummy pie for dessert. Then Brad took a nap before his next graveyard shift and my parents, kiddos and I took a drive. We were going to do sparklers with the kiddos but Hunter was WAY tired and had a meltdown and didnt obey and his consequence was going to bed instead of sparklers.

At some point in the day I really lifted the stroller wrong and hurt my back. Monday I was down and out all day!! No fun and I hate being out of comission as a mom. But Bradley totally helped out and saved the day. He is an amazing husband and Daddy.

Mom and Dad left monday morning to go and contine to visit with my brothers in Utah. They are also going to a cousin's wedding on friday. They come back here on Monday and the kiddos and I drive with them to California next tuesday!!!! Hunter can FINALLY go to the beach after months of asking to go!!

Today Gookie had a dr's appointment. She finally got her immunizations including the last dose of pertussis!! She wasnt able to get these shots when she turned one because she had a fever from the UTI. She had 5 shots today!!! She was supposed to get the MMR on top of them all and opted out on that one until the next time. My kiddos' bodies really react to the shots and i just think that 6 shots, the MMR being one of them is alot for their little bodies at ONCE. I do believe in immunizations, i just know how my kiddos' react and wait for the MMR on its own.
ANYWAY, my main concern is Gookie's feet. She is ALWAYS on her tip toes and so pidgeoned toed. She isnt walking yet and I am concerned that this may be a part of the reason why. The pediatrician checked her out and she has an appointment on monday with the pediatrist and he will further examine her. If there are exercises or anything I can do, I would like to know.

Tonight there was a bridal shower in the family and it was fun to get together. luckily Brad wasnt working and he watched the kiddos at his parents' house. It was nice to get together and be able to talk and laugh. My back felt a bit better today but I could totally feel the pain after liftint kiddos, doing laundry etc. Hurray for ibprofen!

Tomorrow I hope that we can go to the spray park or something fun!!
