Honey Lime Enchiladas

Okay so here is the original recipe

Marinade
6 T honey
5 T lime juice (i large lime)
1 T chili powder
1/2 t garlic powder

1 lb chicken cooked and shredded
8-10 tortillas
1 lb cheese
16 oz green enchi sauce
1 C heavy cream

whisk marinade and chicken in a ziplock bag, let marinade atleast half a day
pour enchi sauce on the bottom of pan
Fill tortillas and put in pan
mix left over enchi sauce with cream and leftover marinade
Pour on top of tortillas with cheese
350 degrees for 30 minutes

This is how i did it
I hate flour tortillas so i put tortilla chips on the bottom put the chicken and sauce in the middle and then put chips on the top with the cheese. it was sooo good. Also i didnt do that much chili powder because brad hates spicey and i just eye balled the honey and did two limes, i didnt measure it out. I also added cilantro to the marinade and put some on top with the cheese. And my chicken only sat in the marinade for about 2-4 hours and it was still very flavorful. Enjoy, let me know what you think.
