7.1 Channel home theater receiver with an amazing array of features including Yamaha’s new SCENE, 1080p-compatible HDMI, improved YPAO sound optimization and iPod compatibility.
We are selling this from my brother's office here in town. It was used in his theater room. We also have a REALLY nice subwoofer too. So if you want to have great surround sound let us know, we could use the $$$. Thanks
My kiddos have irregular sleep patterns and it is killing me!!! They used to have the best schedules and were like clock work. Then as of this last week Hunter was staying up late, I mean anywhere from 11- midnight late!! We would put him down and could still hear him like 2 hours later, in the middle of the night just talking away or reading books in his room. So Saturday i decided to try without a nap. We were in SHelley that day and after we drove out of the driveway of Memaw and Papa steve's it was a royal fit! I mean he was screaming and crying, he was SOO tired. He did fall asleep on the ride home (45 minutes) and i think he fell asleep around 10:30 that night. Much better. And yesterday he had a nap and was out by 10 pm. So I think Hunter is getting back on schedule (fingers crossed). However, Gookie decided that since Hunter was getting back on a better schedule she should mix things up. SO saturday night she went down around 9 like she usually does. Then she woke up at midnight and decided to stay up until 2 am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She did the same thing last night but also woke up at 5 and 7!!!!! I would guess that it is her second tooth which you can feel, but when she wakes up she is alert and happy, not crying (unless you put her down). I am tired!!! But I have no room to complain really as my husband has been working at 4 am and that is wearing him down. He doesnt have class today but has his internship this afternoon, so he is sleeping while he can poor man. We are just a tired household. Here's hoping both kiddos take naps at the same time today!
My book is 'The Hunger Games' by Suzanne Collins. I started it last night and i am almost done. It is GREAT and sucks you in. When it was first suggested to me i thought it was some diet book. HAHa! it is a first book in a series and i need to request all the books from the library because i just cant put it down!!
Brad just finished this first book to the Ender's Game series by Orson Scott Carde and he is hooked. He is waiting for the next book from the library.
This is the book Hunter and I have been reading an night. It has animals but also has opposites, characteristics. Example, "I'm as quick as a cricket. I'm a slow as a snail. I'm as small as an ant. I'm as large as a whale" Fun book.
Hello. This last weekend was General Conference for our church and it was broadcasted from Salt Lake City. I Love being able to listen to it from home. Saturday we had our good friends Zac, Sam and Bethany (Hunter calls her Ba) over. It was just so uplifting to hear words of encouragement, counsel and expressions of love. Conference is every 6 months and i sware, my kiddos always seem to meet certain milstones during conference. Hunter was crawling by conference and his first steps were during conference as we were watching! Here's what happened this time; Hunter started saying the alphabet and i nearly died!! We have never gone over the alphabet with him! Thanks sesame street. Sunday we went to Shelley and uh "watched" conference there. Every one was there and it was nice to all be together. Hunter LOVES his cousin Averee and they played their little hearts out. Memaw was holding Gookie and let us know that she has a tooth!!!! We didnt even know she was teething!! So this conference Gookie is sitting up on the floor, HAS A TOOTH!! And she is still working on trying to crawl!! She is growing up too fast for me!! Hunter got a haircut last week and he looks old! In 6 months he will be 3 and she will be 1! It's just flying by! I love watching them play together, I love being a Momma.
Last night Family Home Evening (every monday night we spend time together as a family and will sing songs, read books, have a little lesson, activity and snack) We had our lesson on being prepared. We said "Be Prepared!" as a family several times and then went to the local grocery store where they are having a case lot sale. So we went grocery shopping and bought things in bulk so that we are prepared if anything happens. A food storage. For Christmas last year Brad's parents started us on food storage and it was such a great gift! We were able to go into our reserves when things have been really bad and we had no money to buy food. So we were prepared and we plan on continuing that. You just never know what will happen. Saving for a rainy day with food if you will. It's just a good feeling. So afterwards we got icecream and I had a cone that i couldnt finish. I put some in a bowl for hunter and started putting groceries away, I looked over at him and the following video is what i saw.
